We’re confident your dog will love Seafin treats. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund. Even opened bags? Yes — we’ll refund those too. Your dog’s happiness comes first.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@seafinpet.com with your order number
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label
3. Drop off the package at any USPS location
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. Please allow 3-10 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged product or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll ship a replacement immediately — no return required.
